The most famous representative of hardcore drum´n´bass german DJ and producer Panacea is heading to Prague. Panacea will play on January 30th at the action named H/-ckerz in České vinařské závody, Bělehradská 7/13, Prague. Supporting DJs are Aphrikka, Yukimura, Pold.1k, T-van and Reverb. Second asian – ragga stage will be connected with tea room (Aphrikka, Wadi, Ravi, Raveboy). This will be about blowing your cover, so watch out for your ears,fellaz :)

Cash´s remix of EZ Rollerz track Roadrunner has succeeded in international competition counting almost 1000 tunes and got on the short list. Since Monday, November 24th is the remix available together with other tracks at Drum & Bass Arena and you can naturally vote for it!!! If Cash manages it to be one of the 2 most popular, he gets a chance to release his version of Roadrunner at the label Intercom. ShadowBox crosses fingers and adds that near Ostrava there have been rumors about an own label (launch party already 20th December). Mansaa, keep risin´!!!

Next Friday will open the door of Prague´s Výstaviště due to the second year of Cosmic City. At the drumandbass floor will appear Vegas and Maldini from Bad Company, DJ Lee and the czech trio Koogi, Katcha, IM Cyber. The tickets are selling out enormly fast, so it seems to be a wild party! Last 200 bargained tix are available now in Radost FX!! A couple of them should be still at rave.cz, so hurry up! Since the next week the tickets will be selling at usual venues for 349 CZK + fee.

Legendary Coffee Shop in Ostrava has not only been one of the first pubs of former underground district, which has turned into something such terrifying as Stodolní street. You could have met there the whole dvoika.troika crew and the substantial part of Extdust. Nowadays, the Coffee is already the past, cuz the object holder refused to extend the lease contract. It is speaking about opening the pub at a different location, but it is obvious it´ll take some time. Meanwhile, the informal Wednesday evenings move into the stylish pub Klid. Attention! After the very special guest from abroad we will have a chance to meet a live band Tata Bojs. As the guys (…and a girl :) proved on their breakthrough album ´Futuretro´, the unique sound can be made also by natives. After successful gigs over the summer festivals (including those „dance“ ones) and releasing even more successful album ´Biorytmy´, the band will finally play at the breakz night Breaksome. The yearly annoucement of drum-n-bass awards has already got its winners. Anyway, no big surprises : the best album reached the third opus of Ed Rush + Optical, the best DJ is traditionally Andy C and the best single, as expected, won Vault. Action no.1 for this weekend is undoubtedly another Bush at Roxy with the legend of dnb scene DJ Hype from True Playaz and the very legend of the czech scene represented by Shadowbox DJ Koogi, supported by not low-graded Sayko and Ghonzales.In the club Klacxon in Litoměřice you can have a bellyful of breakbeat during the night „Breakeke on tour“ served by Kaplick, Dys Martin and Philip TBC, which will follow MC Adrenalin.In Ostrov nad Ohří will play Nitrous, Akira and Dave. On Saturday in Mšené Lázně not far from Litoměřice takes place another techno-dnb action,where will play Philip TBC representing Shadowbox together with Ghonzales, Im Cyber, Beast69, Skiny and Dave.

This Thursday you can surf on the waves of Cesky Rozhlas – Vltava (czech radio station) with another part of the Drum Zone. Already 18th broadcasting is not only oriented on liquid funk, prepared by Mr.Eklekta. This time you have a chance to listen to London Electricity, as we know their very succesful EP ´Billion $ Gravy´ has already gained 3 nominations in Knowledge Awards (!), J Majic and Hype – as a prelude for In Da Bush :) „The mix of Greg Packer will bring you warm windblast from Australia“ adds Eklekta and invites you.

Weekend traditionally starts already on Thursday namely in Punto where our boss Koogi will play. On Friday you can see us already at 3 places – Marianské Lázně in the club Morrison, where will turn the tables Akira, Win.cent and Lucas, at a castle in Rosice it will be Koogi again together with Ghonzales and Bluelighter and in Turnov´s most favourite old cinema -Staré kino make some noise for Philip TBC with Kaplick, Saku and Starks. We recommend all of the three but as we know, the roughest masacre will be at the „cinema“ :) Saturday is in the sign of breakbeat with misters Philip TBC and Voita at the theatre bar in Palác Akropolis/Prague.

This weekend is kinda weak for shadowboxers, after all we don´t have to play all the time, sometimes is healthy&wise to take a rest, isn´t it? On Friday will play Philip TBC with Kaplick at the student´s movie festival Famufest in Švandovo divadlo at Smíchov and for the saturday I´d recommend Birthday party Breakbeat.cz in Akropolis with Kaplick, Saku and of course including other guests. Another possibility offers the club Lokalita in Slaný where you can see & hear DJ Nitrous.

Most of you have in their fresh memory last year´s Open Air Field, when Vegas from Bad Company reduced the jungle stage to matchwood. So exactly this guy will represent the project Bad Company together with Jason Maldini at the festival Cosmic City 2003 on 5th december at Výstaviště in Prague. I only remind, BC are not the only UK stars to show up there…DJ Lee is the next one recommended!
